PE Day/s

• Please come to school in your PE kit on Mondays and Fridays.

Homework

• Daily reading with an adult and record your child's reading in their reading record. 
• Practice spellings on Spelling Shed online and/or in spellings book 3 or 4 times a week.
• Practice timetables using Times Table Rockstars 3 or 4 times a week

Show & Tell

• On Friday mornings we have 'News Time'. During this short session children can share news or show and tell with the children on their table.
• If your child has something particularly special or of interest to share with the class please let us know and we will ensure this gets shared with the whole class. 
• You're welcome to email photos of the show and tell item to the parents@standrewscofe.co.uk email address.

• The children have the opportunity to visit the library during library club at lunchtime and when choosing their reading book.  

Swimming

• During the Summer Term, Year 3 will need their swimming kit in school every day. The class teacher will inform parents of when they plan on starting swimming for the term. 
• Children will need swim suit/shorts, a towel, goggles (optional), swim hat if no hair bobble to tie up hair and pool shoes to wear beside the swimming pool.
